At Pace Telecom we keep you in control with our state of the art billing system allowing you to  analyse calls and set up exception reports so you are informed when irregular call patterns occur.

Pace Telecom use the innovative Webabillity tool which allows customers to log onto the 'Webabillity' server with their unique password. Once logged onto 'Webabillity', the end–user can view a listing of recent calls, or calls for a previous Billing Period. Webabillity allows you to actively monitor and manage your telephony services account with us, giving you the invaluable knowledge of knowing how much you company is spending before you receive your monthly bill.

Automatic email alerts

E–Alerts – This is a feature of the Webabillity package, allowing the end–user to set up and configure email alerts to be sent to them when certain call criteria are met. By logging onto 'Webabillity', the end–user can create new profiles enabling them to be alerted if calls to certain numbers are made, or their call spend is over a certain amount. An extremely useful tool, which our customers love when they want to track call spend in a more specific manner.
